Extra Tips

If you like, you can also use Ada’s Vegan Spread and Ada’s Vegan Brie in the place of Ada’s Vegan Labneh and Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella…

You might also want to try using sun-dried tomatoes, capers and pine-nuts as a variation from the tomato and green leaves.

Fruits would serve as a delicious variation too!
We’re talking sliced Bananas, Berries, Strawberries, Apples or any other fruit you would like.

Ingredients

Ada’s Vegan Labneh
Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella
– Poppy seed bagel
– Mix of Green Leaves
– Tomato Slices

Recipe

1- Cut the poppy seed bagel in half.

2- Spread Ada’s Vegan Labneh on both sides of the bagel. 

3- Add Ada’s Vegan Mozzarella Slices on top of the lower side of the bagel.

4- Add tomato slices.

5- Add Green Leaves Mix.

6- Close Bagel.

7- Enjoy!
